• The St. Olaf Rube Goldberg team won the national championship.

ROUND EARTH

• Jackie Kantor and Kirsten Kortebein, journalism students at Round Earth Media, (an institution that places future journalist around the world) had their piece picked up by the New York Times.

ALLIES FOR JUSTICE AWARDS

• The Headwaters Foundation announced the 2012 honorees of the Allies for Justice Awards, including the Main Street Project, OutFront Minnesota, and Ruth and David Waterbury.
